If you choose fast filing options (2-3 business days formation) and order any business day before 1 PM Eastern Time, your filing will be prepared and hand delivered to the state office the same day. It takes 1-3 business days for the state to approve but you get the registration date as the date the filing was delivered.
State stamped Articles document becomes available to download from Sunbiz as early as the next business day after approval. Please do keep in mind that depending on state processing issues the entity may show on Sunbiz later than usual 1-3 business days. In addition, Florida Div of Corporations may delay formation due to reasons beyond our control.
The price includes Florida State filing fees to register an entity. Therefore, it includes: State Articles of Incorporation/ Organization filing fee to form the entity. On top of that it also includes other features as listed.
There is no fee to be paid to obtain the Tax ID (EIN) from the IRS. We will provide you the guidelines to obtain it direct from the IRS instatnly (you do not need to send us your SSN, just submit it to the IRS to obtain the Tax ID).
